In this Landscape Designer / Sales Professional opportunity, you’ll design high-end residential concepts from first sketch through proposal while collaborating closely with experienced leadership in a family-oriented, long-term team environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Design/Sales position include:
- 2-5+ years of residential landscape design and/or landscape sales experience
- Design custom outdoor living spaces for residential clients, including patios, outdoor kitchens, fire and water features, landscape renovations, and complete outdoor living environments
- Meet directly with homeowners to understand vision, goals, and preferences
- Create conceptual designs, hand sketches, and design presentations
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and project documentation, including construction drawings and detailed takeoffs
- Support project planning and construction coordination, including takeoffs and planning with the team
- Collaborate closely with company leadership on designs and proposals while maintaining strong client relationships
- Use and maintain working knowledge of landscape trends, plants, features, and techniques while supporting profitable design/build opportunities
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000+ per year, flexible for the right candidate.
