A growing residential HVAC service company is seeking an HVAC Service Technician in Big Bend, WI, offering steady local work, a company vehicle, and the opportunity to join an expanding team with a strong pipeline of service calls. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting residential systems, working directly with homeowners, and building a long-term career with a company that recently expanded through acquisition and invested in a new fleet of service vans.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician position include:
- Minimum of 1+ year of residential HVAC service experience.
- Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting on residential HVAC systems.
- Complete seasonal maintenance checks, especially during spring and summer peak demand.
- Work primarily on single-family homes, with occasional multifamily properties.
- Provide strong customer service while working directly with homeowners.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage local service calls efficiently.
- Support a consistent pipeline of residential HVAC service and maintenance work.
- Local travel only within the immediate area with no long-distance or overnight travel required.
Salary: $25 - $40 per hour, commensurate with experience.
