Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Lead Installer position include:
- 5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience, with lead installer experience preferred.
- Perform residential and commercial HVAC installations, including changeouts for apartments, condos, multifamily properties, and property management clients.
- Work primarily on systems 5 tons and under, including heat pumps and rooftop units.
- Lead installation work while coordinating with helpers and returning to the shop at the end of the day.
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude with strong hustle, reliability, and teamwork.
- EPA certification is required; NATE certification or HVAC-related schooling is helpful.
- Work within approximately a 50-mile radius of Wilmington with no overnight travel.
Salary: $23 - $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
