In this Highway Senior Project Manager role in Pittsburgh, you’ll lead complex highway projects for PennDOT, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, municipalities, and other transportation clients.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Highway Senior Project Manager position include:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant transportation engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Lead large, complex transportation design projects and multidisciplinary teams with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client satisfaction.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects totaling approximately $1.5 million or more in annual revenue.
- Direct project teams, establish priorities, allocate resources, and resolve challenges to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, scope changes, invoicing, and profitability.
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact throughout delivery.
- Support business growth through client engagement, proposal development, scope preparation, statements of interest, and interview participation.
Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
