Qualifications and responsibilities for this Fire Alarm Electrical Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of experience in the electrical industry, preferably within municipal construction projects
- Manage electrical contracting projects ranging from $2M to $11M including fire alarm, transit, railroad, security, fiber optic, ITS, highway lighting, and traffic signal work
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, documentation, and contract administration from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate closely with field staff to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification
- Support estimating efforts and carry projects through execution based on awarded estimates
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and in-person site visits
- Track labor, material, and equipment costs and prepare project billings and change orders
- Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems to manage reports, schedules, and project documentation
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
