Description
Build your future with a specialized water and wastewater contractor in El Paso, TX, where your estimates help drive on-time delivery across municipal and federal projects. This Estimator opportunity blends hands-on estimating, subcontractor coordination, and strategic bid development for work valued from roughly $500K to $7M.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator position include:
- 5+ years of construction estimating experience, with a water/wastewater or related infrastructure background
- Manage full estimates from takeoffs through final bids
- Identify bidding opportunities through SAM.gov
- Solicit, level, negotiate, and coordinate subcontractor/vendor bids
- Use Bluebeam and Excel to support accurate estimating
- Scheduling experience also needed
- Support bonded and non-bonded construction and maintenance projects
Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
