This Construction Estimator opportunity in Aurora, IL pairs a strong project pipeline with a culture of tenure and the chance to grow your estimating expertise on concrete and civil scopes.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator position include:
- 2–4+ years of relevant estimating experience (civil estimating can be taught with transferable estimating experience)
- Building estimating experience is required; civil estimating can be developed for the right candidate
- Experience estimating footings, foundations, and walls is ideal
- Ability to estimate site civil and concrete scopes including slab-on-grade, curbs, asphalt, and paving
- Comfort working primarily in office, with remote support only for emergencies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to support accurate project planning
Salary: $70,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, performance-based bonus, 401(k) without match, responsible PTO with 2 weeks after one year, and ESOP with five-year graded vesting.
