Build your future with an employee-owned construction team in Aurora, IL, delivering quality from the ground up on site civil and concrete-heavy projects. In this Construction Estimator opportunity, you’ll help shape bids for work including site civil, concrete, footings, slab-on-grade, curbs, asphalt, and paving, with a team culture built on strong tenure and long-term stability.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator position include:
- 2–4+ years of relevant estimating experience (civil estimating can be taught to candidates with transferable estimating experience)
- Relevant experience for building estimating candidates
- Ability to estimate site civil and concrete-focused scope, including footings, slab-on-grade, curbs, asphalt, and paving
- Primarily office-based schedule (remote work only for emergencies, no standard hybrid schedule)
- Work on a variety of project sizes with limited vertical construction
- Employee-owned environment with a strong focus on delivering quality
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, performance-based bonus, 401(k) without match, responsible PTO with 2 weeks after one year, and ESOP with five-year graded vesting.
