Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Site Superintendent position include:
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license and OSHA 30 certification required, with strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC requirements, construction codes, and safety standards.
- Proven commercial or industrial electrical construction leadership experience; 10+ years of electrical experience and 10+ years of field leadership preferred.
- Experience managing electrical construction projects exceeding $10 million and supervising crews of 40+ electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors preferred.
- Ability to interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, specifications, and contract documents; proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, PlanGrid, or McCormick.
- Lead daily onsite electrical construction operations, coordinate manpower and subcontractors, delegate responsibilities, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Conduct preconstruction planning, site assessments, scheduling, and resource coordination while working with project managers, procurement teams, and clients to maintain project momentum.
- Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety procedures, conduct safety meetings and inspections, maintain quality control, and proactively resolve field issues.
- Monitor labor productivity, material usage, project budgets, and schedules while preparing daily and weekly progress reports, mentoring field personnel, and maintaining communication with project stakeholders.
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Schedule and Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire, onsite field leadership position targeting the Dallas/Plano, TX area. Work schedules fluctuate based on project requirements, and the specific assigned jobsite will be confirmed during the hiring process.
