An innovative full-service engineering firm in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Electrical Lead Engineer/Designer to serve as a key technical leader on complex, high-impact projects nationwide. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Lead Engineer/Designer position include:
- 6+ years of related building systems industry experience
- Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD, design software tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field from an accredited university or college preferred
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification preferred
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for clients and project teams while coordinating with project managers on scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Lead and guide technical electrical designs based on client and project manager criteria
- Provide technical guidance, mentor less experienced staff, and contribute to company design standards and best practices
- Lead construction administration, design coordination, QA/QC documentation, and issue resolution to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Salary: $94,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
