Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Operations position include:
- 8+ years of experience in construction operations, production, or project management
- Background with a General Contractor or similar construction environment preferred
- Experience with commercial and residential projects, including reconstruction work
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage superintendents and field teams while enforcing accountability
- Hands-on field experience with a solid understanding of construction operations
- Experience with estimating and production workflows in painting, woodwork, iron, or related trades is a plus
- Ability to implement systems, processes, scheduling tools, and operational improvements
- Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred; oversee production and estimating teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
