This is a great fit for a motivated closer who thrives in high-ticket residential sales, enjoys working with warm leads, and wants uncapped earning potential in a fast-growing market.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Sales (New Construction and Remodels) position include:
- Previous sales experience required, with remodeling or construction sales experience preferred
- Meet with qualified homeowners for kitchen, bath, and residential renovation consultations
- Build trust with clients and guide them through project planning, scope, and vision
- Present remodeling solutions, pricing, and close high-ticket renovation contracts
- Strong communication, follow-up, customer service, and closing skills required
- Coordinate with estimating and production teams to support successful project execution
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, professional, and able to track leads and sales activity
- Reliable transportation required, with ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Salary: 100% commission-based with earning potential of $100,000 - $400,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
