Build your future with a stable, long-tenured construction and tactical training organization based in San Diego, where unique on-site projects make every day feel different. In this Construction Project Manager opportunity, you’ll lead specialized builds from start to finish and coordinate installation travel to military and customer locations across the United States.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 8-10+ years of construction project management experience
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish, including schedules, labor, materials, and budgets
- Strong cost control and ability to track man-hours, materials, and overall project performance
- Comfort working on unique projects and responding quickly when needs arise
- Proficiency with project management software (software preference is flexible)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts
- Willingness to travel domestically to base and customer sites as projects require (no overseas travel currently)
- U.S. citizenship required
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
