In this Licensed Project Architect opportunity in Sun Prairie, you’ll help lead meaningful public-sector work from concept through construction administration, with strong support and collaboration along the way.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed Project Architect position include:
- Wisconsin Registered Architect license required, or ability to obtain Wisconsin reciprocity quickly; 5+ years of architectural experience
- Manage architectural projects from initial concept through construction administration
- Prepare and review construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD, and related design software
- Coordinate with MEP consultants and other outside disciplines throughout project development
- Work directly with state, municipal, and private clients
- Perform project reviews prior to state submissions and final reviews
- Attend project meetings, site visits, and construction meetings as needed
- Review RFIs, submittals, field reports, and change orders during construction
Salary: $45-$55/hour, depending on experience.
