In this Construction Manager opportunity, you’ll lead day-to-day field execution for luxury homes while partnering closely with trades, clients, and the design team to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Manager position include:
- 5-10+ years of experience in luxury custom residential construction, with a track record managing high-end, detail-oriented projects
- Run day-to-day field execution, coordinate trades, and maintain a reliable construction schedule
- Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and local building codes (Florida Building Code preferred)
- Personally inspect subcontractor work, identify flaws, and ensure corrections with quality taking priority over schedule
- Maintain accurate job logs, reports, and documentation, including proactive budget and cost variance management
- Represent the company professionally with clients, inspectors, and partners while keeping clear communication across teams
- Proficiently read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
- Collaborate with the design team, project managers, and clients to resolve issues and anticipate upcoming finishes and construction needs
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
