Commercial Traveling Superintendent is an exciting opportunity to lead remodel and ground-up work with 100% on-site presence, including major builds in Orlando, FL.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Travelling Superintendent position include:
- Remodel/ground-up construction experience
- Procore experience
- Comfort communicating via email and phone
- Ability to work out of 15 different states (FL, NY, TX, LA, KY, OH, PA)
- Experience delivering grocery store projects
- Maintain a strong on-site presence (100% on site)
- Coordinate and oversee remodel and ground-up schedules on active job sites
- Work directly with a highly accessible team and involved leadership
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Per diem, truck allowance, expense reimbursement each month, and hotel costs covered each month. Health insurance reimbursement, vacation 5-8 days, national holidays, and a bonus at the end of year are also provided.
