Take the next step with a fast-growing construction organization making a real impact across the Austin area with high-volume foundation and structural repair work. In this Construction Production Manager opportunity, you’ll help drive efficient job execution, lead field production, and support a regional operation built to scale with a new standalone warehouse.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Production Manager position include:
- Construction production, operations, or field leadership experience with the ability to oversee crews and production execution.
- Experience managing crews, subcontractors, superintendents, or field teams.
- Ability to resolve customer issues professionally and effectively.
- Strong scheduling, coordination, and cost-control instincts.
- Comfortable working in both office and field environments, including stepping in on job sites when needed.
- Ability to review sold repair plans and help turn them into production schedules.
- Oversee all production operations for the Austin-area region, including areas around Buda, Temple, Salado, and Killeen.
- Report day-to-day production activity and results to corporate management and collaborate with production leaders in other regions.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year base, commensurate with experience plus quarterly and annual bonus opportunities.
