This CNC Programming Manager opportunity in Cranberry Township, PA is your chance to join a global manufacturing powerhouse that has been producing industry-leading pneumatic power tools for more than 100 years. This equity-backed organization is growing rapidly, selling millions of tools across more than 50 countries, and needs a technology-savvy leader to help transform CNC programming operations across multiple manufacturing locations.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programming Manager position include:
- 10+ years of CNC leadership experience, ideally with a background as a machinist who deeply understands machining operations.
- Lead and unify a global CNC programming team across multiple sites while helping combine locations into one streamlined company structure.
- Drive cloud-based CNC programming initiatives, ensuring teams can access and share work efficiently between major manufacturing locations.
- Standardize CNC programs, tool libraries, macros, and best practices for repeatability across 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining environments.
- Apply strong ERP/MRP and CAD/CAM expertise, including systems such as Infor, SAP, Oracle, Esprit, Mastercam, or similar platforms.
- Use Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, cloud platforms, and data analytics to support forecasting, planning, and operational improvements.
- Lead change management, reengineer operations models, improve lead times, and balance workloads between manufacturing locations.
- Travel 10–20% to support additional manufacturing locations.
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus.
