Join a growing commercial construction company in Atlanta, GA that specializes in interior buildouts for office, warehouse, restaurant, and multifamily spaces. This tight-knit team offers the opportunity to work directly with leadership and play a key role in shaping the future of a young company that values initiative, trust, and long-term growth. They are currently seeking a Carpenter Foreman to manage job sites, coordinate subcontractors, and support commercial interior construction projects throughout the metro Atlanta area.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Carpenter Foreman position include:
- Experience in commercial construction or interior buildouts – Oversee daily site activities for office, warehouse, restaurant, and multifamily renovation projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans – Ensure projects are built according to plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Understanding of building codes and inspection requirements – Prepare job sites for inspections and coordinate with city inspectors when necessary.
- Knowledge of MEP drawings and coordination – Work with subcontractors to ensure mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work aligns with project plans.
- Strong carpentry background – Assist with hands-on work such as cabinet installation and other finish carpentry tasks when needed.
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades – Maintain project flow and keep work progressing efficiently.
- Ability to maintain organized, clean job sites – Ensure safety and quality standards are met throughout the project.
- Strong communication and leadership skills – Act as the on-site lead working directly with company leadership to keep projects on schedule.
Salary: $52,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including PTO with approximately three weeks available, completion bonuses tied to project milestones, and potential vehicle allowance depending on candidate needs.
