Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead HVAC Installation Technician position include:
- 3+ years of HVAC experience with the ability to lead a crew and act as the lead technician on job sites.
- Remove and install HVAC systems, including some duct work, for customers in homes and businesses.
- Start up equipment and troubleshoot systems as needed.
- Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to an Installation Assistant.
- Communicate professionally with customers, assist with customer questions, and deliver strong customer service.
- Produce premium-quality work in a safe, organized, detailed, and timely manner.
- Valid driver’s license with a clear MVR and ability to obtain a DOT card.
- CFC/EPA and NATE certifications are preferred, or willingness to obtain required certifications after hire.
Salary: $24 - $32 per hour, commensurate with experience.
