Qualifications and responsibilities for this Customer Service Specialist position include:
- Minimum of 1 year experience with AutoCAD or DraftSight preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Data entry and order management in a business-to-business wholesaler environment.
- Use DraftSight for creating custom DXF files for CNC machines.
- Communicate clearly with front office and manufacturing teams to minimize production delays.
- Independently manage email communications with customers and co-workers.
- Comfortable with phone conversations to clarify measurements, answer product questions, and gather information from vendors.
- Experience in communicating with engineers and architects is highly valuable.
- Design and configure custom glass, shower enclosures, mirrors, glass railings, commercial glass doors/office systems, and other interior glass products.
- Train on internal CAD/configuration software for various glass products.
Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on AutoCAD experience, with a possible raise after 90 days based on performance.
