Bring your drafting expertise to a growing, family-owned architectural millwork shop in the western suburbs, where your work directly supports CNC production. In this Cabinet/Millwork Drafter opportunity, you’ll help translate project drawings into production-ready cabinet designs for commercial architectural millwork and casework.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Cabinet/Millwork Drafter position include:
- 5–10 years of experience preferred in cabinetry, architectural millwork, or related drafting
- Prepare shop drawings for CNC production for commercial architectural millwork and casework
- Interpret drawings and translate requirements into cabinet and millwork designs
- Use AutoCAD to create accurate, production-focused drawings
- Microvellum experience is preferred
- Support a fast-moving workload by producing clear, build-ready documentation
Salary: $25–$45/hour per year, commensurate with experience.
