Assistant Project Manager opportunity in Brooklyn, NY, supporting high-end residential construction projects throughout Manhattan! This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable, growing construction company known for luxury renovations, restorations, exceptional craftsmanship, and close collaboration with respected architects and interior designers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fully onsite, team-focused environment with direct exposure to project management leadership and specialized high-end residential work.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Assistant Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of hands-on construction industry experience with a background in project coordination or assistant project management.
- Experience with high-end residential construction, renovations, restorations, and occasional additions strongly preferred.
- OSHA 62-hour certification required.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, Word, Google Docs, email communication, and general project management or construction software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to support multiple project details in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with the project management team in-office to coordinate schedules, documents, project details, and communication.
- Assist with luxury residential construction projects while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely project support.
- Fully onsite availability in Brooklyn, NY, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Salary: $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
