Build your future supporting practical, structurally sound building projects across Colorado from a team that values autonomy and candor. In this Architectural And Structural Drafter opportunity, you’ll help drive drafting and design decisions for residential and commercial work while working with the right level of guidance and independence. The role is based in Longmont or Estes Park, with an onsite probation period and a flexible work arrangement afterward.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural And Structural Drafter position include:
- Prior drafting experience, with residential project experience required.
- Ability to make independent drafting and design decisions while preparing construction drawings.
- Comfort working with limited day-to-day direction and taking initiative to keep work moving.
- Experience applying construction details, connections, and drawing/graphic representation standards.
- Openness to feedback, willingness to ask questions, and honest communication about strengths and growth areas.
- Familiarity with drafting workflows, drafting standards, and optimization practices (training on workflows provided).
- Experience with architectural and structural
- Ability to work onsite during the initial probationary period at either the Longmont or Estes Park office.
Salary: $30–$35 per hour commensurate with experience
Benefits: Medical and dental coverage is available after 90 days, along with a 401(k) with company match and paid time off.
