Project Manager - New Construction HVAC Installation/Plumbing opportunity in Traverse City, Michigan! Join a locally owned, family-run home services company with decades of experience delivering trusted plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical solutions for high-end custom residential homes. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior field leader or experienced foreman ready to step into a project management role while staying closely connected to the technical side of custom residential construction.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager - New Construction HVAC Installation/Plumbing position include:
- 10+ years of experience in new construction HVAC installation or plumbing required
- Custom home experience is required, especially with high-end residential construction
- Master Plumber or Master HVAC Tech background accepted
- Prior Foreman-level experience or similar field leadership background preferred
- Manage new construction HVAC installation or plumbing projects from execution through completion
- Support and oversee field teams while answering technical questions related to installation work and system performance
- Coordinate work with strong communication, scheduling, organization, and technical knowledge
- Use ServiceTitan for project and operational tracking
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
