Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Lead Electrician position include:
- Minimum 5+ years of electrical experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment; industrial automation and robotics experience is a plus.
- Relevant technical education or electrical apprenticeship, with strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and applicable electrical codes and safety standards.
- Proficiency in industrial electrical wiring, panel building, control system installation, and interpreting electrical schematics and PLC I/O drawings.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills, including diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing automated machinery, electrical equipment, and industrial control systems.
- Lead and mentor electricians and technicians while overseeing electrical installations and ensuring compliance with customer specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with mechanical and controls engineering teams to execute projects, perform electrical testing, and improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Document electrical work, support continuous improvement initiatives, and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to travel nationwide approximately 35% of the time for installations and service support; regular schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM.
Salary: $25 - $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
