This HVAC Field Supervisor opportunity is a hands-on, field-based role that combines leadership with daily troubleshooting, service, and installs.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Field Supervisor position include:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on HVAC service, installation, and troubleshooting experience (less experience may be considered for exceptional technical skills).
- Strong experience installing, servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting residential HVAC systems, with emphasis on heat pumps, high-efficiency hot water boilers, and steam heating systems.
- Ability to diagnose challenging technical problems and guide other technicians through solutions.
- Experience estimating, quoting, and managing HVAC and boiler installation projects.
- Comfort overseeing multiple active jobs at different locations while staying actively involved in the field.
- Experience supervising, mentoring, or providing technical guidance to approximately 1–5 HVAC service technicians and installers.
- Strong communication skills with customers, technicians, dispatchers, and office personnel.
- Must be able to work independently, make decisions in the field, and participate in an on-call rotation.
Salary: $40 - $60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
