Step into a high-impact opportunity at a precision machining manufacturing facility in North Carolina, where operational excellence and accountability drive measurable results. As the Manufacturing Plant Manager, you will lead daily execution and long-term improvement across a dynamic, multi-shift manufacturing environment with direct influence on safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost performance.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Plant Manager position include:
- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including plant, operations, or value-stream leadership.
- Lead daily plant operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and financial objectives.
- Own plant financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, working capital, inventory, and capital expenditures.
- Drive inventory accuracy, WIP management, MRB and E&O reduction, and effective material flow throughout the operation.
- Lead daily operating reviews to address constraints, performance gaps, recovery actions, and risks to customer commitments.
- Improve throughput, machine utilization, labor productivity, schedule attainment, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
- Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, manufacturing metrics, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office applications.
Salary: $150,000 - $195,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 10% annual bonus, possibly long term incentives. Relocation is available.
