Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Installer – Residential New Construction Lead position include:
- Approximately 5–6 years of HVAC installation experience, including residential new construction and crew leadership.
- Ability to independently read blueprints, assess framed homes, plan duct layouts, and complete HVAC installations from rough-in through final installation.
- Lead a crew of approximately two helpers while actively performing hands-on HVAC installation work.
- Install metal ductwork, heat pump systems, and residential heating and cooling equipment according to company standards.
- Perform duct sizing, material takeoffs, and installation planning to ensure efficient, high-quality project completion.
- HVAC journeyman license preferred, along with strong troubleshooting, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Must own necessary installation tools, possess a valid driver's license, and meet company vehicle insurance and drug-screening requirements.
- Ability to work Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM, with overtime as needed.
Salary: $28-$32/per hour
