Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Exterior Production Coordinator position include:
- 3–5 years of production, project, or construction coordination experience preferred; roofing experience is not required.
- Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate multiple schedules, communicate with customers, and collaborate with superintendents, field teams, and outside vendors.
- Coordinate installation schedules, superintendent activities, and project preparation under the direction of the Production Manager.
- Manage permitting, scaffolding arrangements, utility line-cover coordination, and other installation prerequisites.
- Maintain consistent customer communication regarding project backlogs, installation timelines, scheduling updates, and next steps.
- Track outstanding project details, follow up with internal teams, and ensure jobs are organized and ready for installation.
- Complete warranty registrations, maintain accurate project information, and support daily production coordination activities.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
