A well-established company is seeking a Construction Exteriors Production Manager to lead its production team and oversee high-quality roofing and exterior construction projects! Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Exteriors Production Manager position include:
- Proven construction production management experience with strong leadership, organizational, delegation, scheduling, and communication skills; technical roofing experience preferred.
- Experience managing superintendents, production coordinators, installation crews, and subcontractors while maintaining accountability and operational efficiency.
- Oversee all production operations, ensuring sold contracts are completed according to the agreed-upon scope of work, within budget, on schedule, and to customer satisfaction.
- Lead and coordinate a production team of approximately 20–25 personnel, including superintendents, production coordinators, in-house crews, and subcontractors.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and manage subcontractors to maintain sufficient crew capacity, reliable scheduling, and high-quality workmanship.
- Review job packs, oversee material inventory, and proactively coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and installation schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Monitor job costing, control production expenses, and drive performance toward monthly installation and revenue targets while identifying and resolving potential obstacles.
- Collaborate with production leadership to improve workflows, delegate responsibilities, and maintain quality standards
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
