This Commercial Plumbing Estimator / Project Manager opportunity is based in San Jose, CA (South San Jose) and offers real responsibility with an office-based schedule and rare site visits.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Plumbing Estimator / Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing estimating and project management experience; estimating is the primary priority.
- Ability to read drawings, mark them up, and coordinate with engineers.
- Comfortable leading weekly client calls and managing change orders.
- Prepare estimates and serve as the client-facing contact during project execution.
- Manage change orders and support project profitability through organized communication.
- PM duties primarily include weekly meetings, client communication, and change orders, while superintendents and other personnel manage jobsite operations.
Salary: $150k-$190k per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Medical, dental and vision; IRA with 3% match; two weeks of PTO, negotiable, plus five sick days; discretionary quarterly bonuses based on company profitability.
