Step into a hands-on manufacturing environment in Newport, TN, where new production launches, facility growth, and smart equipment investments create real opportunities to make an impact. In this Manufacturing Engineer opportunity, you’ll help keep the floor running while driving troubleshooting, process improvements, and successful commissioning of new machinery.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Engineer position include:
• 3–5 years of relevant experience (metals, welding, or manufacturing environment experience preferred)
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering
• Support new production launches and troubleshoot operator issues on the production floor
• Run machines and analyze data to identify improvements
• Interpret customer information to support manufacturing execution
• Lead new equipment installations from specification through commissioning
• Work in an environment that is approximately 80% production floor / 20% office
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
