Description

Step into a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment in Clearwater, FL where growing wellness product lines are ramping to meet a strong order backlog. In this Manufacturing Engineer opportunity, you’ll own end-to-end performance for one or two product lines, partnering across R&D and operations to ensure every unit is assembled to specification.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Engineer position include:

  • Approximately 5+ years of relevant mechanical manufacturing and production-line experience (mid-level); strong candidates with less may be considered based on aptitude and accomplishments.
  • Own the quality and manufacturing performance of one or two product lines from end to end.
  • Work in production cells with assemblers to ensure processes are followed and units meet specifications.
  • Partner with R&D, operations, quality, and customer-facing teams to resolve issues and support new-product ramp-up.
  • Refine assembly processes, work instructions, quality controls, and production-line flow.
  • Lead practical process improvement, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, equipment selection, and cost reduction.
  • Support manual and automated testing, traceability, and the move toward consistent lean one-piece flow.
  • Maintain Microsoft Office proficiency; SolidWorks/CAD experience is a plus.

Salary: $80,000-$120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
