In this Quality Control Manager (QCM) / Superintendent opportunity in the Dayton, Ohio area, you’ll help ensure every phase of the work meets contract requirements while supporting daily field operations.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Quality Control Manager (QCM) / Superintendent position include:
- Government construction quality control and onsite construction supervision experience, including quality plans, inspections, subcontractor coordination, deficiency tracking, documentation, scheduling support, and daily field operations.
- Strong experience as a CQC System Manager on USACE and/or NAVFAC projects is strongly preferred.
- USACE Three-Phase Control procedures experience is strongly preferred.
- RMS 3.0 experience is required; Procore and Microsoft Project experience are preferred.
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Control Plans and manage QC documentation, daily logs, and deficiency records.
- Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation for compliance.
- Ability to lead and participate in testing, inspections, RFIs, submittals, scheduling, commissioning, punch list activities, and project closeout.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.
Salary: $100,000-$130,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
