In this Quality Control Manager (QCM) / Superintendent opportunity, you’ll help drive a strong quality management program while also supporting daily field operations on active projects.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Quality Control Manager (QCM) / Superintendent position include:
- Government construction quality control and onsite supervision experience, including quality plans, inspections, subcontractor coordination, deficiency tracking, documentation, scheduling, and daily field operations
- CQC System Manager experience on USACE and/or NAVFAC projects strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of USACE Three-Phase Control procedures (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up)
- Required RMS 3.0 experience; Procore and Microsoft Project experience preferred
- Ability to develop and maintain Project Quality Control Plans
- Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation
- Lead and participate in Three-Phase Control activities, coordinating testing, inspections, RFIs, submittals, commissioning, scheduling, punch list completion, and closeout
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance; local candidates strongly preferred (no relocation expenses provided)
Salary: $120,000+ per year, depending on experience.
