This Lead Residential HVAC Technician opportunity offers strong earning potential, advanced diagnostic work, and the chance to help develop future technicians in a startup environment targeting a second-week October start.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead Residential HVAC Technician position include:
- 3–5+ years of HVAC experience with strong residential expertise (5+ years preferred)
- Provide residential service, repair, installation, and advanced diagnostics
- Work alongside another Lead Technician to deliver top-tier outcomes
- Maintain EPA Type II certification (EPA Universal preferred)
- Preferred: NATE certification
- Pass and maintain a clean background, driving record, and drug screen
- Maintain company-issued tools and equipment
- Be available for emergency on-call and overtime as needed
Salary: $37–$42/hour
