This Maintenance Technician-Manufacturing role supports an expanding operation focused on reliable production and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing position include:
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Maintain and troubleshoot five PVC extrusion lines and an injection-molding tile line.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues involving motors, gearboxes, control panels, relays, switches, and related equipment.
- Perform a balanced mix of mechanical and electrical maintenance in a hands-on production environment.
- Respond to equipment issues and help reduce the maintenance backlog.
- Develop and strengthen preventive maintenance using time-based and condition-based approaches.
- Complete work competently and safely while supporting reliable plant operations.
- Basic PLC familiarity is helpful; PLC programming is not required.
Salary: $35–$45/hour per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
