In this Engineer, Automation and Controls opportunity, you’ll help modernize and stabilize plant PLC, HMI, SCADA, and control-network environments while partnering closely with Production, Maintenance, and Quality.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Engineer position include:
- 5+ years of automation/controls engineering experience (3+ strong years may be considered) with 2+ years supporting live manufacturing systems
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve plant PLC, HMI, SCADA, instrumentation, and control-network environments
- Support commissioning, capital projects, validation, and startup activities in a GMP environment
- Provide instrumentation troubleshooting using multimeters and analog/digital signal experience
- Develop and support Rockwell Automation solutions, including ControlLogix/CompactLogix and ladder logic
- Support SCADA platforms such as FactoryTalk View SE or Ignition
- Translate OT needs into practical IT/OT solutions, including industrial networks and data connectivity
- Apply change control, documentation, testing, and root-cause analysis practices to reduce repeat failures
Salary: $127,517 - $141,686 per year, plus 15% bonus.
