Description
Bring your supply chain expertise to a manufacturing-focused environment in Warminster, PA where your work directly connects customer demand to real-world production and shipping performance. In this Production Control & Logistics Manager role, you’ll lead planning, materials flow, inventory control, and inbound/outbound logistics to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Control & Logistics Manager position include:
- 5-8+ years of experience in production planning, materials management, logistics, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
- Develop, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts, customer demand, capacity constraints, and material availability
- Monitor daily production outputs versus plan and adjust schedules to meet customer requirements
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and subassemblies; manage safety stock, min/max levels, and inventory accuracy
- Drive improvement within inbound logistics and outbound shipments, including freight carrier and delivery schedule management
- Ensure compliance with customer shipping requirements (labeling, packaging, EDI, ASN accuracy)
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems for scheduling, materials planning, and inventory management
- Partner with engineering, operations, purchasing, and quality to support new product introductions, engineering changes, and demand fluctuations
Salary: $115k to $125k per year, with flexibility up to $140k for the perfect candidate, commensurate with experience.
