This Senior Project Manager (Concrete) opportunity in Brooksville, FL offers the chance to lead multi-phase commercial concrete work from planning through successful completion.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager (Concrete) position include:
- 8+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial concrete construction
- Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed project schedules, including pour sequencing and multi-scope coordination
- Supervise field operations to ensure structural concrete work aligns with engineering specifications and quality standards
- Direct site mobilizations, logistics plans, equipment allocation, and site access requirements
- Analyze and interpret architectural designs, structural engineering drawings, slab details, and reinforcing plans
- Oversee concrete placement, mix design verification, quality control testing, and curing methodologies
- Monitor project budgets, manage subcontractors and vendors, and minimize variances to protect profit margins
- Enforce OSHA compliance, corporate safety policies, and site-specific risk management plans
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
