In this Electrical Engineering Group Lead (PE) opportunity, you’ll help drive design quality, mentor engineers, and lead projects in the Liberty, TX area.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Engineering Group Lead (PE) position include:
- 10-15 years of electrical engineering experience preferred
- Electrical PE required and prioritized; willingness to pursue licenses in TX, CO, WY, and NM; NCEES Record preferred
- Oil & gas/midstream EPC preferred; heavy industrial or energy backgrounds considered
- Technical ownership and final authority for engineering drawings, including stamping projects as needed
- Leadership responsibility for project execution, review work, and mentoring junior engineers/designers
- Support proposals and coordinate distributed teams while interacting with clients
- Technical focus on power distribution, one-lines, MCCs, arc flash/power studies, grounding, and E&I
Salary: $150K-$200K+ per year, commensurate with experience.
