This Cutter / Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate role offers hands-on training, varied production tasks, and real growth potential into CNC work.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Cutter / Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate position include:
- Entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude and a strong attitude are trainable; experienced compound-cutting candidates may qualify for $25/hour.
- Ability to cut aluminum tubing up to 60-degree compound angles within 1/8-inch tolerance.
- Follow travelers and record quantities and scrap.
- Use a ruler/tape measure; caliper skills are important.
- Blueprint reading is highly preferred.
- Move material between production stages; forklift used for loads up to 200 lbs., with 50-70 lbs. handled regularly.
- Support shop duties including cutting, material-handling, and sandblasting.
- Immediate, direct-hire opportunity.
Salary: $20-$25/hour. Company-paid medical and dental coverage; 401(k) with employer contributions
