Description
Bring your restoration expertise to a fast-moving, customer-first team serving the Milwaukee Metro area. In this Restoration Project Manager opportunity, you’ll help drive water, fire, mold, and storm claims from first contact through completion, balancing field work with office-based project management in Menomonee Falls.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Restoration Project Manager position include:
- 1–3+ years of residential water, fire, and mold mitigation experience (commercial experience preferred)
- Manage insurance adjuster relationships and coordinate restoration claims
- Oversee customers and technicians to ensure projects run smoothly
- Use Xactimate (preferred) or other estimating platforms with training on custom project management software
- Maintain WRT certification (required)
- Handle local travel up to 90 minutes and balance 50% field / 50% office scheduling
Salary: $50,000 - $50,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
