Based in Sea Island, GA, this Landscape Architect opportunity supports high-end residential landscape design with a design-build approach and an established team that helps you hit the ground running.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Architect position include:
- 5+ years of tenured experience in residential and/or commercial landscape design (high-end residential and/or coastal experience preferred)
- Georgia Landscape Architect licensure (or reciprocity eligibility) and a valid Georgia Driver’s License
- Produce professional landscape plans and renderings using AutoCAD, Land F/X, Sketch-up, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D rendering, and Microsoft Office
- Meet with prospects and clients, assess scope and specifications, and provide timely, exceptional customer follow-up
- Develop conceptual, preliminary, and final designs, renderings, construction drawings, cost estimates, and specifications; create design documents used for both selling and guiding installations
- Conduct preliminary site studies, perform field investigations and site analyses, and work with regulatory review agencies to obtain approvals
- Manage contract administration, including onsite management of construction and installation crews and oversight of subcontractors
- Lead and direct orientation, training, and development for related design staff while enforcing company policies and maintaining safe, quality-focused work sites
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year + Commissions & Bonuses, commensurate with experience.
