Take the next step with a respected Central Florida contractor known for strong self-perform execution and a steady pipeline of commercial and infrastructure site development work. In this Site Superintendent opportunity, you’ll lead dirt/earthwork and concrete-focused projects across Land O’ Lakes and surrounding Central Florida locations while collaborating with crews that keep production moving.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Site Superintendent position include:
- Strong site development superintendent experience, with proven expertise in dirt/earthwork and concrete
- Ability to read plans and manage day-to-day field execution for complete site development work
- Experience overseeing self-perform crews and coordinating work across multiple active projects (typically 3-6 at once)
- Underground utilities experience is helpful (all-roadway-only experience may not be ideal)
- Strong organization and people skills to keep crews aligned and production on track
- Proficiency with Outlook calendars, Excel, and Dropbox, along with basic organizational tools
- Local travel only; field-based schedule typically 6:00 AM–6:00 PM with limited Saturdays
- Clean driving record required
Salary: $95,000 - $108,000 per year, hourly with overtime.
