This Industrial Plumbing Construction Manager opportunity supports technically demanding industrial projects with an emphasis on safety, precision, and quality documentation.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Plumbing Construction Manager position include:
- 5+ years of project/construction management required; 7+ years of industrial process piping or mechanical construction preferred
- Lead all phases of complex process piping and industrial construction projects from kickoff through final commissioning and project closeout
- Develop and maintain project execution plans, budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and manpower forecasts
- Coordinate engineering, fabrication, quality assurance, procurement, logistics, subcontractors, and field installation teams to achieve project milestones
- Review and interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, isometric drawings, fabrication drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Monitor project costs, productivity, and schedule performance while identifying and mitigating project risks
- Manage change orders, contract administration, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, quality requirements, and applicable codes and standards
Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
