Join a design-build team creating exceptional outdoor living spaces where every project is unique, from concept through permitting and construction. This 3D Modeler/Draftsmans role in Tampa, FL is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed AutoCAD drafting, 3D visualization, and producing presentation-ready models and drawings for high-end residential pool, landscape, and hardscape work.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this 3D Modeler/Draftsmans position include:
- Coordinates daily with Project Designers and the Director of Design on modeling and drawing progress.
- Prepare presentation videos and 3D models for pool, hardscape, landscape, and structures from plans and specifications provided by the Design Team.
- Prepare pool, hardscape, landscape, and architectural drawings using AutoCAD that detail plans and specifications provided by the Design Team.
- Develop and complete details, sections, and elevations suitable for submission with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate to balance workloads and ensure drawing deliverables are produced on time.
- Use Xrefs and Sheet Manager to complete assigned tasks.
- Perform quantity takeoffs for inclusion in plans and use by others.
- Respond to RFIs submitted by Project Managers and Construction Managers as needed.
Salary: $26-$28/ an hour
