This Senior Project Manager / Director of Construction – Multifamily Construction opportunity is based in Bellingham, WA, and offers the chance to lead large-scale multifamily developments from preconstruction through closeout while mentoring project managers and helping shape the future leadership of a growing organization known for integrity, safety, and long-term career advancement.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager / Director of Construction – Multifamily Construction position include:
- Preferably 5-20 years of successful project management experience on multifamily or commercial construction projects
- Experience managing construction projects from preconstruction, estimating, and bidding through completion and closeout
- Lead and develop a team while managing your own multifamily construction project
- Build, maintain, and drive project schedules, budgets, profitability forecasts, and quality standards
- Review drawings, submittals, contracts, change orders, and negotiate subcontracts
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure project safety, material procurement, commissioning, and successful project delivery from groundbreaking through completion
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience in lieu of education
Salary: $115,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
