Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Project Manager position include:
- Minimum 5+ years of HVAC project management experience in commercial mechanical construction
- Experience managing large mechanical projects valued between $3 million and $5 million or more
- Manage commercial HVAC projects from award through closeout
- Handle project administration including submittals, RFIs, scheduling, and coordination
- Coordinate project activities with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades
- Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and overall performance
- Conduct periodic site visits, typically about once per week, while primarily working from the office
- Experience with Procore is preferred, but candidates with strong project management experience using similar platforms will be considered
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
