An award-winning commercial roofing contractor is seeking a Roofing Construction Supervisor in San Marcos, TX, to oversee high-value commercial roofing projects throughout Central Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, tight-knit team led by a hands-on owner with deep field experience, strong manufacturer partnerships, and a track record of growth, recognition, and quality workmanship.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Roofing Construction Supervisor position include:
• 3+ years of experience as a Supervisor, Superintendent, Foreman, or similar leadership role, with commercial roofing experience required
• Open to experienced commercial roofing professionals ready to transition into a supervisory role
• Supervise commercial roofing projects ranging from $400k-$1.4M from mobilization through completion
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, materials, schedules, and project milestones
• Conduct site inspections, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality workmanship
• Communicate project updates with ownership, project managers, customers, and stakeholders
• Use construction management software such as CompanyCam, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• Ability to read plans, manage documentation, resolve field issues, and assist with punch list and closeout activities
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
